Returns: Returned merchandise must be in brand new and unused condition. Returns must be submitted within 30 days of shipment receipt. Returned merchandise must have a return authorization number acquired by calling and receiving return approval by Customer Service. Returned merchandise must be securely packaged and insured. Action Offroad is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Insure merchandise for its full retail value. Returned merchandise has a 20% restocking fee plus freight or shipping cost.
Warranties: We value our customers and their satisfaction! Products are personally inspected before delivery. Items will be insured by United Postal Service; therefore, if any damage occurs during shipping the items are covered through UPS. Most Products are limited to the manufacturer's warranty.
