We do our best to get all orders shipped within 1-3 business days. However, we occasionally run into backorders with some vendors. Please call or message us before ordering to confirm that we have the parts in stock.
Once your order is placed you should receive an email that contains the details of your order and the order number. If you did not receive an email with this information please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We’re sorry to hear that and hope we can fix this issue for you. Please contact email@example.com including your order number, the item(s) that are missing or damaged, along with a photo if possible. The more information we have, the quicker we can process your claim and resolve the issue.
We have a new automated tracking system coming soon! Until then you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and one of our associates would be happy to assist you.
Exchanges will need to be processed as a return and reordered.
All items may be returned new and unused within 30 days of the date you received it. Click here to view our full return policy. Follow the steps below to start a return:
- Send an email to email@example.com with the subject: Return Request and include your order number.
- Once we receive the request a shipping label will be generated and emailed to you.
- Please package the item in a box (if needed), attach the shipping label and drop off at any UPS store.
- When we receive the item your return will be processed and a refund will be sent to the original payment method.
